For the initial process Nii was amazingly helpful providing suggestions that would suit or enhance the ideas I provided which could help paint a clearer picture of what I was looking for. I love Shiina! She is the LITERAL BEST out there when it comes to minimalistic overlays! I had been struggling to find the right artist to do overlays for me because I wanted a minimalist design that still had points of intricate detail and that could help tell the story I wanted to convey! After submitting the required forms (which come nicely bundled in an easy to understand package for the commissioner, no more hunting for files yay!) the process began and I received the first draft very quickly! It was already perfect at the draft stage, but once the final product was delivered I was even more blown away by how amazing everything looked! Shiina has truly mastered her craft and I am so happy I get to display these overlays and stinger on my stream and tell everyone about how awesome she is! Aeru Studio was amazingly easy to work with, and they are refreshingly professional and prompt with updates and replies! I had a great experience commissioning them! I will definitely be coming back to them in the future for all of my stream graphic needs! Everything turned out beautifully, and anytime I had small requests or revisions, she promptly worked on them. Shiina followed my instructions in the request form perfectly, and even made efforts to go the extra mile. WORK QUALITY - The work itself is GORGEOUS, and completely surpassed my expectations.
She made it so easy to discuss plans for my stream graphics! She also included instructions with my final files that made setup a breeze.
She was very clear with her instructions and information, and welcomed lots of discussion on options and ideas. COMMUNICATION - Shiina was very communicative, often replying within hours to simple questions and revisions. I am so, so impressed by all the work done by Shiina! For reference, she worked on three overlays and two stingers for me.
